On Dec 28, 2007 I made reservations for a hotel through Triprewards, now called Wyndham Rewards, at the end of the call I was told if I wanted a 2 days 2 nights vacation deal at some places across the U.S. They said I could canceled this at any time, etc. They charged me $149 on my AMEX card. I did all this over the phone and I was on my christmas vacation, well, I never received any other information from this people, which they promised, the actual documentation to claim my "vacation" in San Diego,CA. The "vacation package" expired 6 months and I was not even informed!. When I remember about the deal, and I managed to track down the company in charge of this, they simply said it had expired and there was nothing I could do. In other words, they ripped me off $149 for a package that I was only told about over the phone.

I never received the promised package containing all the details on my $149 purchased package, to be able to redeem it.

I am claiming my money back, all $149...I am willing to take this case as far as it needs to so other people do not fall into this scam again.
