The vacation package was purchased 1/14/2000 and the booklet clearly states that hte Travel must be completed by 07/14/20.  I spoke with an employee and a manager who stated the package expired 07/14/2001.  I sent a pdf file of the booklet to the manager and he refused to honor the vacation package since they no longer sell the package and he can't honor a package that expired in 2001.  Even after review of the booklet which shows an expiration date of 07/14/20, he stated they use a 4 digit year in their date code.  I requested that they honor the money paid towards another vacation package and they refused.  It is bad business to pre-pay for any package that you run the risk of not being able to use and clearly have the paperwork that supports their expiration date.  The vacation package included:  a Daytona Beach 3 day and 2 night hotel accommodations, Las Vegas 3 day and 2 night hotel accommodations and tickets for two to Universal Studios.  If you receive a phone call from a Marketing team, hang up so you dont' get RIPPED OFF!  PRE-SALES are a way for the employees to get commission on packages they prevent customers from using.  They got the money and i got NOTHING!
