On June 29, 2008 I visited Atlantic City and decided to visit Wyndham @ Skyline Tower since I was already a Wyndham owner with my base in St. Thomas. Upon touring the resort, I decided to upgrade/trade my St. Thomas base to AC which would also increase my points from 104,000 to 154,000. I can't tell you how many times I said to my sales rep Amber Johnson and her sales manager Adam, I am ONLY upgrading/trading right? They both assured me that that was all I was doing. After being there for 4 hours they assured me once again that I was only upgrading and my base would now be AC not St. Thomas that I NO longer owned that property.

Well, when I did notmake my regular monthly payment, Wyndham's collection dept. began calling me, I asked them why are you calling me, my new payment is not due until August, I asked them what property are you calling about, they said St. Thomas, I explained to them that I upgraded/traded that property while I was in AC, according to them I had not. They did not show an "equity trade agreement" I immediately contacted my sales rep Amber, who "seemed to care" NOT. I then filed a claim with owners relations explaining what was suppose to have happened. When owner's relations got back in touch with me, Amber Johnson my so called sales rep told a complete lie, she said that she fully explained to me that I was now the owner of 2 timeshares and that I was perfectly fine with the outcome.

I emailed Amber and her response to me was" I tried numerous times to help you, but once the paper work goes to corporate it is out of my hands" My response back to her was, if you admit to your manager and corporate that you made an error, that you needed to re-file the paper work this could be resolved. Amber did not respond back to my email, and I new that she wouldn't. So, I've decided to file legal action against Wyndham and Amber Johnson. Also, I was looking into filing a class action law suit. My email address is (((Redacted)))if your interested in bringing Wyndham down. I also plan on writing a letter to the Mayor of AC and the Govenor of NJ.

Amber, I believe Wyndham is required to give you copies of everything you signed for the deal you said you made. Do you have it? If so, I would call Wyndham and tell them, I have proof that I traded and I don't own 2 properties, where do I fax it to? That should shut them up.
