Complaint Review: wyndham vacation resorts inc

do not buy any part of a time share from wyndham, from being a lifetime member or evening being suckered into buying a week.  thank God i did'nt buy a life time menbership, the young lady that presented the package appeared to be very sweet and we felt bad and paid 2953.80 for approximately one to two weeks of resort stay depending on how many bed rooms we used.  we bought this a over year and a half ago and we are still paying on it.  we could not use it last year cause my wife was diagnosed with cancer and is now a cancer survivor.  so we are trying to use it now and are being informed that it will expire in a few months if we don' use it.  so now that we're trying to book nothing is available on dates that we want.  we were informed that the good places you need to book 10 months to a year in advance.  when we purchased this the salesmen informed us that we would not have problems booking on short notice, but this is not the case.  don't waste your money,  stay in a nice hotel or rent a house when you're ready to travel.  they got me to come to a presentation by offering me a free cruise that ended up costing more than 900.00 for two people.  please save your money and don't buy a time share or anything to do with it, this is the first reveiw i have ever written to try to help someone else.
