Complaint Review: Wyndham Vacation Resorts

To keep this simple and short, Wyndham Vacation Resorts (aka Fairfield) discriminated and illegally terminated my employment with my failure to agree and sign a claim that was made against me. Because I refused to give-in, the management and the HR representative had me immediately terminated. This was clearly in violation of federal labor laws and when the reports were repeatly reported to the Corporate "Wintegrity" division, the coporate office and administrative staff failed to comment and investigate the situation. Don't work for these lawbreakers!

I do seek counsel to file suit against this corporation.
