Rich Folk is aware of what his nepotistic employees are doing and just turns his head to i
t. Rich Folk is just as guilty as they are. Heidi Lee Folk is the relative of the Vice President of sales Rich Folk, which means the company won't fire her however that doesn't mean the company won't be held liable for her actions. Fines will have to be paid and people will go to jail. Heidi Lee Folk is breaking the laws, has been breaking the laws, and will continue to break laws. In addition to these low management practices, she continues to take things a step lower. I and others (including owners!!!) have witnessed her utilizing the men's restroom frequently. As a man this really sickens me and truly shows where this kind of management is leading this company. Wyndham will be liable for any and all damages caused by their employees. If this company doesn't take immediate action in fixing or resolving these major issues for management in the Las Vegas in house department, I will be forced to proceed with a lawsuit to seek damages for felony and misdemeanor charges along with filing reports and testify against Wyndham and it's employee's for the criminal real estate practices along with other criminal offenses. This letter will also be used if necessary to confirm that you were notified of these serious problems, if you fail to respond in correcting these issues.
