Wyngate apartments in surprise az belongs on the ripoff report website everyone in surprise az that is thinking of getting a apartment here pls go some where else save yourself the headache

Our problems there were:

Appliances in apaprtment keep breaking down carpet and linoleum keep coming apart on the floor all cheap closet doors keep coming off tracks they use a cheap light colored paint on the walls if you sneeze hard enough you can mark up the walls we had to paint like every month

As for the complex the parking lot always has trash all over it the garbage dumpsters are always full and stink the workout equipment is always broke the pool is always dirty the hottub is always broke the propane grills will blow up in your face yes it happened to me there is dog crap all over the complex hey hey watch your step lol there is no playground or park here so your kids have no where to play so if your kids are running around the complex or riding there bike or playing football in the parking lot the office staff will yell at them so tell your kids to stay inside

As for the staff that work there very rude here is where the story gets good they asked us if we would like to renew our lease we said no so our last couple months there the office staff was very rude to us whenever we were out and about in the complex and the manager walked by us and we said hi how are you she looked the other way and ignored us lol i know i know very professional of her she did this on several occasions Watch out for the maintenance guy that guy he is very rude he will yell at your kids and also spy on them from around the corner i know creepy huh? well a couple days before we moved out we asked the maintenance guy what needed to be done in the apartment before we moved out he told us and we spent all day cleaning and patching small picture holes in the wall after we moved out a week later we got a bill in the mail for $700 the letter said 8 hours of cleaning 8 hours of maintenance work and new flooring

Ok let me see we spent all day cleaning every room in that apartment it looked very nice and clean and we still get charged 8 hours of cleaning lol something is not right there they charged us 8 hours of maintenance there was nothing broke in there what did he do? lol they also charged us for painting they said the maintenance man had to paint hhhhmmmmmm when we talked to the maintenance man before we moved out he said dont worry about painting lol of course cause they want to do it and charge us for it if i would have known i would of done it myself as for the flooring we did a professional carpet clean carpet in good condition no spots linoleum in good condition and nice and clean they wanted to charge us to replace both lol again there is something not right here well surprise is not a big town everybody knows everybody here i did some investgating and talked to 15 diffent families that used to live there at the apartments they said the same thing i am going through they got charge alot after they moved out and they cleaned and did everything the maintenance man asked of them hhhhmmmmm this is not right i looked them up on the internet and found alot of complaints for the same reasons go look yourself so it seems like wyngate apartments is doing this to everyone and charging them alot $$$$ when they move out whats funny is when i called there coperate office they said we dont charge people alot of money when they move out and we have never got any complaints on this lol so the families i talked to and the people on the internet that wrote complaints about your complex are all lying right? the coperate office supervisor told me she had to get off the phone with me cause she had other people to get to ah huh sure u do

Pls stay away from this complex and save yourself the headache
