Complaint Review: Wynn Palms Apts

My husband and I moved from another state  they sent us all the "cute" little brochures for the apt, gave me the prices and we signed them there and moved here just on the brochures alone....BIG MISTAKE!  The day we touched down, i had no HOT WATER, and the maintenance man "Mike" showed us how to "jimmy" the water?? We fought cockroaches not bugs weekly, my AC went out in the summer, and maintenance again was on my roof 3x's "supposedly" fixing it??  My kitchen sink would leak from the  bottom at night, when we were asleep, now unless burglars ran my water at night, it was faulty, then where the water would settle was slanted.  In order to get hot water in the shower/bath, we had to run the kitchen sink????  It was beyond RIDICULOUS!!!  Management was clueless about anything and everything!!!  WE LEARNED OUR LESSON
