I purchased a 200 Dodge Intrepid for myself during in Jun 2008. The manufaturer warranty was expired so to protect myself and my investment I purchased a warranty from Wynn's.

I did everything Wynn's said I had to do to mantain the warranty services etc. But in August 2009 the tire began to wobble when I hit a rough road. Not much but enough to notice. So I borught the car to the service shop at the dealership I purchased it from.

Now the problems begin. The dealership found an issue with the transmission as well a spring between 1st and 2nd gear had fallen and destroyed the underdrive cluthes as well as to internal valves were faulty. The wobble was the rack and pinion had started to seperate.

Wynn's contract states that they will tow your vehicle for a cost of $50 dollars or less from the site of the breakdown (which would be Dennis Eakin Mazda) free of charge. Becasue the dealership didn't actually work on transmissions they were ssending my car to another shop to have the work done there.

They fought with Wynn's for 2 days to tow it and they refused. So I drove it there myself missing half the rack and pinion.

Afterwards I was informed an inspector was coming to look at it and it would be 24-48 hours untill he got there. This was 11 Sept 2009 and I had dropped the car off 8 Sept 2009. I waited two days and nothing so I called and they assured me he was coming. So I waited some more. On 17 September the transmission service shop called and said that they were send him out out eith friday or monday.

By monday afternoon 21 Sept 2009 the inspector still hadn't come so I called. The lady on the other end was hostile from the begining of the phone call. I am an NCO in the US Army and I am not a push over. She blantently lied to me and said they new nothing about my vehicle until 18 sept 2009 mI did protect myself by executing my rights and recorded the phone calls. So I informed her that I have a blackberry phone and I recorded ever phone call with their company and I could prove she was lying to me.

She hung up the phone after refusing to let me speak with her supervisor. The next day the shop called and said they were sending a transmission and a rack and pinion and no inspector. But They were not covering taxes, the service pack for the transmission, or a sizable junk of the labor costs (263.00) and I was still required to pay my deductable. So it is 24 Sept 2009 and I still have no car or rental which is also in my contract but they refuse to give me one. I am calling them back right now over these new developments.
