Wynns Auto Warranty Ripoff failed to honor warranty contract Brea California
I have a 98 Dodge Durango. The low end forward bearing for the crank spun 180 degrees. I took the truck in to the Dodge dealership to have it serviced at which time I was informed there was an engine problem.
I authorized this dealership to tear down the engine so that Wynn's warranty inspector could view the engine. The inspector denied the warranty claim stating that it was due to improper vehicle maintenance and there was sludge in the engine.
The certified Dodge technicians that did the work, stated and argued that the inspector was wrong. They stated that the engine was clean and the problem was due to mileage and fair wear and tear.
The technicians also stated that the oil removed from my vehicle was perferctly fine and had no clumps or deficiencies. The only problem with oil was the fragments from the metal bearing. The oil filter, screen, and oil pan were clean according to the technicians.
I was also informed by the technicians that the same inspector denied a claim for a rear end just a few weeks prior to my incident. Which is pretty much unheard of.
I decided to look Wynn's up on line for scams and came up with www.ripoffreports.com and found many similar claims against this company. Due to the research I have found I hacve decided to pursue this matter in civil court.
This company has continually been dishonest and have not fulfilled their obligations with other paying customers. But I PFC Baker, United States Army, have decided that it is time for someone to stop this from happening again.
I ask that anyone whom may have been scammed and treated in this matter by Wynn's warranty company. Please! Contact me at this number 719-360-8519 so that I may not only help myself, but also you as well.
