Hi all I wanted to take the time to report this and was amazed how may pepole were scammed by this company. To make a long story short I own a 2000 toyota tundra and have had no major problems with my vehicle. I did develop a ticking upon initial starting that was attributed to cracked exhaust manifolds, toyota has addressed this problem and redesined the part ect. So I thought well its time I use that warranty now right? Wrong. Upon intial cliam verification everything was fine "thats covered" they said.Well that all changed when they got the bill. A complete 360 of what they said. My mechanic preformed the repairs after verifing coverage and submits the bill and the games begin. They send the adjuster out my mechanic shows the failed exhaust manifolds and he says he wants to see the truck well I picked up the truck earlier that day because I needed it to get to school. Wynns says too bad so sad. I even called the adjuster back and offered to show him the truck any place any time nope claim is closed denied all because of the need of having my vehicle. I also read over that joke of a contract they gave me when I purchased my truck brand new, several loop holes are present all they really have to do is change thier mind, it also states right in the contract you cant sue for punitive damages!!! lol big red flag right? Any advice please email.
