I purchased used 2006 chevrolet monte carlo 11/4/2010 from Nissan, Union City, GA. I purchased Wynns Plus Extended Warrany for additional $1,380.00. I started having mechanical problems in August 2011;9 months after purchase. During regular oil change; I was told that I had a transmissiond leak.

I took my car to Terri Cullen Chevrolet, Morrow,GA. I paid $95.00 for service inspection; and was told that my car needed $2,000.00 dollars in mechanical problems. The main problem was transmission leak, back in August 2011.  Per Terri Cullen service; Wynns stated that transmission not covered.

My car stopped completely in November 2011. I took my car to Ivory Chevrolet in Union City, GA. Upon inspection by Ivory; I documented the transmission leak, all the coolant leaked out, no air condition nor heat, computer system failed, many red lights on, engine smoking, dead battery.

When I picked up my car 11/22/11; total cost was $860.67. Wynns only paid $415.56; my out of pocket was $445.11. I donot know why the transmission leak was not approved for the second time, my car being serviced at a chevrolet dealership.

Wynns pick and choose what they will cover. My contract clearly states transmission covered. My started leaking a brownish colored liquid, I took my car back to Ivory Chevrolet on January 17, 2012; and I have a transmission leak.

Now, Wynns Plus is denying to pay for my car repairs. I was told by Ivory that I am pass the miles, because I have more than 67,000 miles. Back in November 22, 2011; per the documentation from Ivory; I had 72,000 miles. I still had the same transmission leak from August 2011 til now.

I have a rental car, that that appears to be my financial responsibility, because Wynns is denying my claim for repairs.  My car is still at Ivory, and I will be filing my complaint tomorrow with the Governors Office in the State of Georgia. Wynn's Plus Extended Warranty does not honor their contract.
