i bought a car from major world in long island city n.y.(another ripoff company. after a month with the car little things started to go wrong first the radio then the motor on the driver side window next the engine light came on. i thought it just needed a tune up. the light still did not go off.anyway on december 17,2004 as i was driving home the cars lights started blinking,i heard a loud boom and the car stopped.

I called my finance company, they told me the i have a warranty and gave me the information. i called wynnsplus and they informed me that my warranty was expired because i went over my millage. i then took it up with my finance company (credit acceptance). on january 17, 2005 i spoke to a representive of credit acceptance who took the time to go over my contract with wynnplus. the rep. give me my contract number and told me to get in touch with wynnsplus again. i then contated them again was told i needed the exact millage on the vehicle which i got. called wynnplus again explained everything again and was told just give the auto shop the telphone number and contract number.

the auto shop just informed me that wynnsplus denied the claim because the work was done already.

TO whom work for Wynns:

I am having problems getting them to pay for an engine rebuild 14500 miles after I purchased the vehicle. They say it is "lack of lubrication" but I have all reports from oil changes and the report that wynns has does not match what the shops says.
Any ideas would be great.

i know for a fact that they are crooks and i am going to do everything in my power to help all those that i can that have really got burned. sad thing is on your case melisa is that what wynns did to you is going according to there contract with no prior authorization. it is written all over that thing. i know thats a way for them to get out of paying but it is on the contract so there is nothing that i can do for you on that.

i'm filing complaints with my attorney general.i'm going to the better business bureau.if i can i'm even going to sue them.i'm upset very upset i'm tired of these company's taking advantage of us hard working people.i even filed a complaint with there insurance company (national casualty company/scottsdale insurance)telphone #1-800-423-7675.
