Complaint Review: Wyoming River Raiders

Wyoming River Raiders-Customer service terrible. ripping me off by charging me & have not sent merchandise

Catalog came in the mail before Christmas so we placed and order at least two weeks before the Holiday. None of it came in for gifts.

Than, after some E-mails and phone calls the order started drifting in one or two items at a time.

After begging for the order in hopes to use it for some birthday gifts another item came to the door.

Now, we are being charged for items not received. After two months the story continues.

I thought this problem was unique to us until I went to paddling.net and found a discussion forum on WRR and how alot more people are getting stepped on by this company. Bottom line is not to order from them or your in for a hassle!
