Complaint Review: Wyoming Valley Kia

Wyoming Valley Kia Mr. Nick Percival Damaged my vehicle and would not repair the damage Kingston Pennsylvania

I took my Kia Sportage to Wyoming Valley Motors for warranty repair work (to replace the A/C mode actuator).  I waited for my vehicle to be serviced that day.  When they brought my vehicle out of the service garage the paint was damaged on the front drivers side door.  I was there when they took the vehicle in the garage and it was fine but when they brought it out the paint was damaged.  It looks like they may have hit it with a tool and damaged the paint.

When I showed it to them they ordered touch-up paint and touched it up.  The paint did not even match and it looked worse than before they touched it up.

Their serivce manager Mr. Nick Percival said the only way to fix it the right way would be to paint the entire door and front fender to make it match.  He said they are not about to do that because they are not responsible for damage to customer vehicles.  He even denied the damage was done there even after I waited for my vehicle to be serviced that day and I saw when it was damaged.  Mr. Nick Percival even lied about what it would cost them to repair it the right way. 

I wrote a three page letter to Mr. Frank Hughes about the damage they did to my vehicle and he never even responded to my
