I am enrolled in The marine specialist program. I was told there would be 36 students per class. Our class started with 54 students. After drop outs the average has been 46 students. The student to teacher ratio is too much.
According to schools code of student conduct cheating is an action for dismissal from the school. Many students do it. The teachers  know it is being done and know who is doing it. These cheating students are still there passing the classes. Is cheating being allowed so the school can collect tuition? This is unfortunate for the students there to learn. The cheating students are taking valuable time away from students there to learn.
I have not seen any proffesionalism from this school. Smoking pot in the parking lot, high school attitude and cheating do not make a learning environment.

Wyotech does not offer marine certifacations. Once in advanced marine you will be tested for mercury and yamaha. And will receive no certifacations. Only way to be certified is to work for an authorized dealer that will sponser you for certifacation. Wyotech is false advertising any cetification.
