After working for the company that charges 40% fee for each session. I tutored 2 students from the site. One was a paper that I spent 1.5 hours editing. The company said the student complained it was not done, I provided documentation that it was and showed it and the work, the customer service agreed.(student also admitted to going through many tutors) A week later after the client continued to complain, I was told that I would be deducted 18 dollars total from my next sessions which equals the amount id get paid an hour ($30 an hour - their 40%). I called and complained stating that it was not fair, I did the work and that if they were going to give money back to a client then it comes from their 40% as I did the work and am legally required to be paid for that work. The customer service represenative then stated I can talk to someone else who is not in, would not provide a name of this said person that can be contacted, nor their email, phone number, or mailing address and is deactivating my account. I called back and they were rude and refused to help solidify the situation. In all I tutored 2 people and was charged 40% for doing work and then charged an additional charge of $18 for doing the work that they originally agreed I did.
