Wyze company replaced headphones but never did as of 11/17/22 KIrkland Washington
11/17/22. I purchased set of headphones (approx $35) in August 2022. The headphones cracked in 2 places, unable to use any longer. Contacted Jessa B from Wyze around 10/27/22. Ticket# 2472074. She apologized and offered to replace headphones. I agreed. But in subsequent days, i backed out of sending me areplacement. I have the email if youd like.
Requesting a full refund. Thats all. They said they would but havent.
