Complaint Review: Wyzecurr Enterprises

Obviously, after having many reports on RipOff report, (when I originally posted there were over 25), the owner must have found out that their pool of victims has dwindled, since new contractors  are checking on rip off report.  So, he has finally decided to respond to try to attempt clear his name and his company.  I would believe him if other than pretty words, (which he is a master of) he would provide the name of a valid contractor that he has paid as he has promised.  One that all of us could look up as a licensed company and contact to verify.  I am only asking for one.  If he has paid someone there should be someone willing to post and identify themselves to back him up.  Of course, now that I am writing this, this scammer will probably try to pay some out of work person to pretend they are valid contractors and have been paid.

He will not and can not because every dime he earns is from someone elses hard work.  By the gentle Grace of God, I was not financially hurt when their company did not pay me for the work my team performed, but some of the contractors that have contacted me were. 
Even though I was owed over $4,000.  Their families depended on that income.    Not being paid for services performed was a heavy blow for them.   Believe me there is plenty of money to be made in this business by legitimate companies, but RESAZ /Wyzecurr is not one of them.

As evidence, please note they never answer their phone calls directly, all calls to Heather and Rodney ALWAYS go to their voice mail.    They are screening all old contractors to avoid having to pay them and only call the new contractors back to insure they complete the jobs keeping their income coming in.  Send them a certified mail and you will see they do not pick it up to delay law suits.

I am self employed and can receive calls confirming what I am saying.  I have already spoken to many would be contractors and have sent them proof of my claims.  Feel free to call me at two one zero seven two three six five five two.  I have helped them to avoid being ripped off.  It is too late for me, but not too late for anyone else.  Do not put out money and labor, because they will not pay you.  I am not afraid to report the truth.  Please feel free to call me.

The contract you sign says that you get paid after he is paid.  If you stop working for him, he can delay paying you for 6 months.  It says that if he does not pay you and you contact the orginal contractor you are in violation of your contract with him and he does not have to pay you. 

So as a contractor, what can you do when you have put out money and labor and are not paid after 60 days?  If you stop working, he can delay paying for 6 months.  If you keep working, he will still not pay you, and you keep working, thinking I am sure I will get paid soon.  This is what I thought.  When I called him, he convinced me that the other contractors were scamming him, and I believed what he said.  But now I know better, it is just a scam.  They get paid but you do not.  Even the workers that help process will say that only Rodney is in charge of paying.  Then if you contact the original property owner to put a lien, you are in violation of your contract, and he will not pay you.

Please do not fall for this.  Find someone else to work for.  They are just con artists milking as much money as they can off of new victims.
