I would like to bring a matter to your attention concerning a serious Internet crime that I have become a victim.

On 8/11/06, I made a withdrawal from my e-Gold account for the amount of $650.00. As you are already aware, e-gold is a payment processor. In order to withdrawal money from e-Gold, a person needs to use an exchanger to transfer money from a person's e-Gold account into their bank account.

I emailed several exchangers and one impressed me by quickly replying and also stated that he would wire transfer my money directly into my Wells Fargo bank account for free since he also has a Wells Fargo bank account. So without realizing at the time, he was luring me in for the con!

I filled out the transaction form at his website ( www.x-changegold.com ).
He stated that the transaction would be complete within 24 Hours.
I waited five business days then emailed my concern to why it was taking so long for the transaction to be completed. Here was his email reply.

Dear Sir,

Sorry, we are having some problems. It seems somebody wants to have us audited. Would it be a big inconvenience if we mailed you a company check? We can have it issued by a "sister" company. If ok, please send full name and mailing adress. We will handle the mailing fees as we
have the problem, not you.

I am beginning to become concerned to why my funds have not yet been deposited into my Wells Fargo checking account? You stated below, to "Count the working days".
Well, today(Thur.) will be 5 working days. When can I expect to have the funds in my WF account?

So I replied to his letter above and gave him my home address to have a check sent to me.

I waited over a week for it to arrive, so I emailed him again about my concerns for not yet receiving my $650.00.

I again began to email my greater concerns, but all my emails I sent to Steve have not been answered. I emailed him stating it is now obvious that you have no intentions to send me my money and that I would have to begin legal actions if you do not send my money.

I emailed e-Gold about this situation and they investigated the transaction and emailed me stating that they have put a block on their e-Gold account until this matter has bed resolved. He is the letter sent to me.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have investigated acct #*****&** and have placed a block on their account which will prevent them from receiving any further spends into their account. Unfortunately we
will not be able to refund your money because an e-gold spend is not reversible as stated in the e-gold account user at e-gold.com/unsecure/e-g-agree.htm.

We will not remove the block from this account until this matter is resolved.

I am sure that you would have far better resources to actually locate the owner of this very immoral person.

Would you please notify the F.B.I and I.R.S. and any other organizations on my behalf to help stop this person from conducting such immoral acts and to also try and help retain my much needed money?
