Complaint Review: X Hose

I recently purchased the X-Hose from Wall Mart an affilliate partner for this product.  I didn't get to use it for three weeks and when I went to use it the plastic end fell off.  I kinked the end of the hose and the hose leaked in several places.  I brought it back to Wall Mart and they didn't have any more on the shelf and the manager told me he did not sell that item.  He now sells the pocket hose. I purchased one because I didn't have a hose now.  It didn't fall apart when I pressured it up but leaks through the off handle on the hose.  But at least it didn't completly fall apart out the box.  I know why Wall Mart does not sell them anymore.  Too many returns I bet!!!!  If   you look at X Hose website they will show you a pic of the original one "blue" and now they are selling the new product with a metal end instead of plastic.  But don't be fooled by this; there is still the matter of this thing pouring water out of the hose itself.  I talked to other people and they say they had the same experience.  Did you notice on their website under customer service; all their was is a E-Mail address.  Dont trust a company that does't have a customer service telephone number.  They dont even have an address; just an online address.  I wished I would have taken the time to check this product before I plunked down almost $50 for a 50 ft hose that fell apart the minute I put water pressure to it.  Try another product folks and check the report before you do.  Also there is a rebutal from unknown person on this site as you can see that says this product worked perfectly for them.  B.S.!!!!!!!!  This is a paid generated voucher from one of the "reputation" companies that will give your company a good revue for a fee.
