Placed order for motherboard on 08/15/07 charged my card on 08/16/07 to day is 08/22/07. Have not received email with tracking number even though on the email they sent me to give them positive feed back (lol) said that on parts it would be 1-2 business days. Called this am and got voice mail. I dont know how you run a business with out commutating with your customers.
So ... just got off the phone with someone wanting me to remove my negative post. Told me that because I went with UPS Ground for 7-10 day that he has 7-10 day to get my order out the door. So that means 7-10 days to get UPS to pick it up then 7-10 for UPS to get my parts to me???? What happened to the 1-2 days? Here is what was in the email he sent me,
"Currently, Computer systems are shipped within 4-5 business days and parts are shipped within 1-2 business days E-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as order shipped."
The guy said that I could pay more money and he would ship it today which tells me he is trying to rip me off for more money.
Thought I would give the guy some time to make it right but guess hes not going to. Starting dispute on the charge for the parts with my bank.
Pricewatch.com would do well to remove then from there vender list.

Parts came in an unmarked box. Power supply is a used part. No box, no name and was taken apart. Motherboard had a box and even a manual with it. Ram was fine. If they would have said on there web page that it was refurbished parts that would have been fine.
I live about 2 hours away from this "company" and when I got the tracking email from U.P.S it said delivery next day. 3 days later I got my parts. I will never do business with this company or send any of my customers to them.
