Complaint Review: X-Treme Electric Scooters - Alpha Products International Inc

We bought a X-Treme scooter for our son for Christmas. It wasn't until February that he told me that he could only go a couple of miles before the battery went dead. I contacted the company and they said they would send use new batteries if we shipped the bad ones at our expense. I did that but under protest. I should not have to pay for shipping when it is there problem. Shipped
on March 3 as close as I can figure. It is now June and just got the batteries.

Now that I have the batteries installed the next problem arises. This scooter has all of 4 miles on it. I get it ready and notice the rear wheel has a wobble. Take it apart and the bearing looks like it has run a nascar race. It is in pieces. I am going to try to buy a back wheel assembly (my money) but as of yet I have not received a call back from the parts department. 1 hour 30 minutes ago.
