I ordered a X-140 for a christmas present. Upon opening and charging the scooter would not run. I submitted a support ticket and was told to send back the potentially defective battery, at my expense, and they would test the battery and replace it if it was indeed bad. Aside from that I was told there was no guarantee the scooter would get replaced.

I was also told I could take it to a local dealer and have it repaired, again at my own expense.

I asked for an RMA, again I was told they had to try and fix it first and sending it back I would have to again do this at my own expense.

They sell defective products and hide behind awful customer service.
