Complaint Review: X-Treme Scooters

Basically I have the same complaints as everyone else. Received a Scooter in very damaged shape. Reported it and they sent replacement parts. I am a grandmother but now a scooter mechanic??!! Reporting to the BBB was a joke since they did resolve the problem by sending the parts. So BBB shows complaints were filed but resolved but give no real information about how horrible these people treat their customers. The service ticket system is a joke and when they don't answer you for days and you put in another ticket you go to the bottom of their list! The people I did finally talk to (I found their phone number through FedEX, they sure don't list it on their web page!) were VERY rude to say the least. If I can help put these rip-off artists out of business I will be VERY happy! Buyers beware!
