My wife & I were mailed an uninvited invitation to attend a Financial Freedom seminar in Tallahasse, FL in May 2008. We were bombarded with a Costly professional presentation on a Vending machine business. With we were told a "state of the art" vending machine. We were interviewed by a personal representative to become a dealer. We were told this is a unique machine and the only machine designed to vend heavy products, all other vending machnes were designed to vend small "ounces" chips. The machines were manufactured by Samsung Corp. a leader in quality products. All kinds of "pumped up" slick material and words were used to convince us to become a dealer.

Well we fell for the scam and ordered these junk machines and a outrageous cost. Like $32,000 worth of junk. The machines we recieved never sould vend the "meal" product we purchased them to vend, since we thought this would set our mahinces apart from the rest. Planet Antares said they were shipped with the wrong shelves, which took over a month to receive after we convinced them they did not WOrk. They still do not vend reliably.

When compared to other's machine it is obvious that these machines are very cheap and poorly made. The machines were broke into many times by bending the cheap thin metal doors. Not only that one but one of the machines placed at a local hospital emergency room caught on fire!! We tried many times to get this Company to refund our money except they have one excuse after another. We live in a samll rural town and now the WORD is out about our machines that catch on fire. No one wants one in their business, Would you?

We contacted an attorny in California who says they have to abide by CA Civl Code 1812 but we are afraid to spend more money that we don't have to get out of this SCAM. We borrowed and spent all our money and We have pleaded with this company to return our money. If anyone has had any results with a refund, even a partial refund. We would like to know or if they are interested in a class action suit to put these people out of business. ANd this California Code has criminal charges included in it. dhale@gtcom.net
