I purchased the x 360 Scooter (and the extended warranty, totalling $238.94) for my daughter. The scooter came to me with a broken rear rim and a bulging tube. I immediately called and only got answering machines. I was finally able to reach someone in sales and i was told to fill out a technical ticket online. And i did. I never received a phone call from these people. About a week (7 days) later i received a used, dirty back wheel assembly from them thru fed-ex, and it was the wrong tire and mechanisms for the scooter i ordered. So i called again and was told by the sales guy to fill out another technical ticket online. and i did. This is the reply that i received. "We offer a 30-day Parts Only Warranty on all our scooters. This warranty begins upon delivery. ((We do not accept returns)). If your scooter is still within the 30-day warranty we will be more than happy to send you the parts you require, *free of charge, in compliance with our warranty policy. So now what do i do? I have already called my bank and i am in the process of backcharging the amount from my credit card. Maybe then will i receive a phone call from them.?
