X-TREMITIES TATTOO, BODY PIERCING, STEVEN SMITH ripoff, untrained employees, unsanitary conditions, no licence, over price, low quality tattoos and piercing, lack of post service care, a theft. Mississauga Ontario
This place is a little white house (better known as the house of doom) on Dundas Street just past Hurontario. This is a major ripoff, I would definitely caution against going there, and definitely do not take your kids there.
My wife walked in and there wasn't a single hairstylist with a licence or experience. All young girls talking on thier cell phones braiding, and cutting hair. A professional hairstylist takes time, but not twelve hours for something simple!!
Watching dogs run around the hair and then peeing on the tattoo room. I was not impressed! I watched a young 17 year old boy marching into the flash saying his tattoo was horrible! To my disbelief, I heard the owner say, "It is your aftercare, pay an extra fifty dollers and I will have an artist fixs it up."
This young man said that he went to three different tattoo shops and was told by all the artist that the tattoo was laid incorrectly!. Then they also went as bold as to say that XTREMITIES is not a place to find experience and trained tattoo artist. The owner is a shiester and is not a trained piercer!!
Then I watched a person come in complaining about a very infected piercing. I watched all this in the day that I spent waiting for my wife to have her hair done. With too many breaks, by the owner and his employees. (example: 5 minutes work, twenty minutes on the phone, a pee break, then work again for 5 minutes, then the dogs, then
the friends, then the phone, then a piercing, then a problem, etc..)
From 9:00 in the morning to 7:50 at night, I watched a a business run by the seat of their pants offerring no value to the clients.
Also, I was some what amazed at THE FACT THAT THEY DID HAVE TWO TATTOO ARTIST in last year. When the clients walked in asking for these to two artist. Chuck and Evelyn., they where quickly bad mouth about these two people and told that they were dead. Then in the hair room listenning to this man laughing and praising himself. "I love f***ing with these people at every turn". I could understand how these people left!
I spent almost twelve hours there waiting. I only say young kids coming in. I say over priced tattoos, even the jewerly look like garbage.
The rip off for us was being over charge for the hair, waiting for over 11 years where if she went to her other friend, it would have taken three hours. Watching how a leetch prays on our youths.

I just want to say that I disagree with this report. I got a tattoo done at xtremities for my 19th b-day, and it was MY MOTHER who found this place and took me there, it was the only place she had approved of in the Mississauga area. And I have gone back there 3 different times ever since. I got a tattoo of a small angel with wings on my upper right arm on my b-day. I gotten my hair done there another time and got two piercings done the last time I was there. I really like the place. I've been there 4 different time's and never once saw any sort of nonsense mentioned in this report going on there. I would actually recommend xtremities over a lot of places. It's clean, the staff are real nice, and I actually like the jewellery that they have there.

Rebuttal to Rip Off Report
I at Xtremities. I would like to start by saying that I believe the statements made in this report are made by a past disgruntled employee. The information is stated to have been written by a Joe in Milton Ontario however, if you look closely at the web page on the upper left hand side you will see that it was submitted by Chuck of Malton Ontario.
Chuck is Charles and his parents have a house in Malton Ontario. Chuck left our shop without giving any notice and there were many bad feelings between us at that time. My assumption is that if Chuck did write this that he did so as an attempt to harm our business so that he would have less competition since he opened one block away.
I think that it would be best just to handle the points that have been made in this ridiculous article.
1. We have a licensed hairdresser
2. There was no hair cutting being done at our shop at the time that this was posted. We were solely doing hair extensions at that time.
3. There are no dogs in the Tattoo Room (hilarious). Just dog Tattoo Artists.
4. All Tattoo touch ups are free here for a period of one year.
5. The Tattoo artists in our shop have 21 years experience 10 years experience and we have one apprentice.
6. The owner is a well trained piercer with 7 years experience. Come in and talk to him.
7. Some piercings do get infected. We pride ourselves on our sterilization techniques and have a reputation for healing infected piercings. We make our own aftercare and have many happy customers. Our shop is checked by a laboratory every 30 days and we have never failed a test.
8. There has never been anyone to my knowledge stay in our shop from 9:00am till 7:50 pm at night. We don't open until 11:00 am so how could there be anyone here at 9:00 am
9. I had no idea that Chuck and Evelyn were dead but you can probably guess who wrote that line in.
10. We use only top of the line surgical steel jewelry and trust me it looks hot.
I would like to say in closing that I bear Chuck and Evelyn no ill will and I hope that they aren't dead anymore. It is most unfortunate that this type of web site survives with no legal recourse from those who may be harmed from it. I would urge anyone who reads this to do 2 things:
1. Come and visit our shop and let me know what you really think. We are located at 37 Dundas Street West, Mississauga and our web site is xtremities.ca
2. Call your local MPP and complain about this type of site being available.
