All over the web there are "review" sites for the X-WATCH that are actually order sites, I assume set up by this company. They are touting this watch as having all the features and operations as the high end 400+ dollar I watch and other watches. I ordered three watches on DEC 1 2019 on their "special" (buy more save money) I looked and could not find any negative reviews about the watch or the company.

I bought these to give as Christmas gifts. After receving shipping notification on the 6th of December I though all was well. I tried on the seventh to use the "tracking number" provided and it would not go to another site to allow for tracking. I gave it a few days and tried again, no avail. I then tried to contact their customer suppoet e-mail, came back non-deliverable. I then contacted paypal and they contacted the seller. Amazingly enough they shipped out on 25 Dec. (a little late to give as gifts)

I got them the 7th of December, in a smashed padded envelope, with paper thin boxes for each with a thin plastic tray for the watch. They also included miniature broken english instructions.

The site siad they were compatible with android and IOS phone, they ARE NOT. The watch will not import my contacts list, the SMS messaging says "not supported" the ekg monitor reads the same on or off the wrist, the heart monitor goes from 70 to 110 in 2 seconds. The speaker is a joke and the camera function does not work.

In order to try to get my money back I have to make international calls, get a RMA and mail back to them. They will then make a determination to replace or refund. yeah right. All three are the same. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ORDERING THE X-WATCH.

The only saving grace is I did not give these as gifts, I would be humiliated and highly embarrassed if i had. Into the trash can they go.. OH.. the time feature does work.. For $66.00 each I could have bought a reasonably nice watch... Live and learn

Update on the saga

For anybody that read this and is going through the same issues with APRIA, I would like to go through what it finally took to get this taken care of (I will do the summary version instead of the months long, stress-filled saga) Today is our 32nd anniversary, and something led me back to this post so I wanted to provide an update.

I resent all of the statments that I had recevied, with copies of the cancelled checks and an explanation to Apria accounting, every month, with the payment for the statement each month adding the last statement that I had amended to read the actual proper amount due. I got no response other than the next bill(s) still showing the $4500.00 balance as due and late. I paid fathfully the bills for her concentrator and bottles and accoutrements every month that were actually due and payable and included a letter (that became a form letter after months) with the statements and the explanation provided to us by the insurance company all to no avail.

I filed a complaint against Apria with our local BBB for fraudulent accounting (for changing the statment and back dating) They responded that the bill was valid and owed. The BBB closed the file because Apria responded, not because they fixed anything, only because they responded.

While surfing the net I came across the United States BBB in Washington D.C. and sent them the same complaint the the Oklahoma BBB had just dismissed. Amazingly enough, about a week later, I received an "adjusted" statement releiving the $4500.00 past due balance and a note saying the balance was no longer due and considered "paid in full".

This was a thoroughly exhausting, stressful, drawn out mess lasting over a year. Caused by United Healthcare and Apria. We certainly did not need the additional stress in our lives with everthing else going on.

I also purchased (out-of-pocket) a bi-pap machine to assist with her co2 removal, although not exactly what she needs, her pulmonologist agreed that it was acceptable since the ventilator was way, way, out of our price range.  I am grateful that the Washington BBB helped in resolving this matter. Although she still needs the "experimental" non-invasive ventilator I would'nt want a multi-trillion dollar insurance company to not be able to make a profit. I am just thankful that she can at least continue the struggle and that Apria finally relented.
