Purchased online November 23, 2009 an X10.com audio/visual sender-receiver unit (VK82A-WRL-VID-SND).  Never received product.  x10 charge (449.99) posted to my Visa account Novembet 24, 2009.



Unit was shipped via "Federal Express SmartPost", meaning FedEx delivers pkg. to my local post office; local post office delivers to me.



Was told by my local post office that my package never got off the FedEx truck.  The USPS has no record anywhere of the unit being received at any of their postal offices.  

After at least a dozen phone calls to x10 Wireless (never able to get through to the "Customer Service" department), I emailed them.  Twice.  No results.  



More phone calls.  Another couple of emails.  Trips to my local post office, no results. 



Phone calls to federal branch of the USPS resulted in an advance search.  Learned the package was delivered to a warehouse in Bell, California.  No address particulars available.



January 6, 2010, received an email from a "Catherine N" in x10.com customer service saying a credit request for my missing order would be made.  As of today, February 1, 2010, no credit has been issued to my Visa card.



Quite a "float" for x10 Wireless.  No offer to replace product, still no refund.  Unable to get through by phone to Customer Service.  X10 Wireless views customers as just suckers from whom they make money.
