X5 delivers damaged items, substitutes purchased items, falsehood priced items.


Before xmas, I sent 2 items to friendss kids for gift after won biddings on X5.com.au.

But all my friends told me, the toys could not work even tried all the steps followed by manual(one simple unclear paper).

After sent out the complain, X5 did not answer or any feedback until I warnning them 8 days later---cause I worried they are still in holiday.

But I have to say, the goods not a good gift for me. They are more like nightmares.

I gave it as Xmas gift to a friend's son, but it can not work!!!!
Three of us(adults) try follow the manual to setup and try many times, but the Tank only blinked his light without moving.
The kid waiting and disappointed so much, can u image?!
I also tried for the next whole day, but it refuse to work completely.

Even no manual, no size, no any description.
The rough package made me so disappointed. I even don't know if it's intact or not, and I gave up to open it to avoid more sad.

The only console is the Ipod, it's nice and beautiful. I got it in my office today.

I can't believe that's all of these can be sold in Australia, I have to say, my bidding experience is too bad!!

At the same hand, the price and quality does not match the real goods we'd received.

Can u explain?

They replied simple and insincerity, just told me I should follow the manual again! They will not give a refund.

After one week discussing----you can see, they did not have a service line, only email, and reply slowly.

They didn't realize their fault.

After I searching the website, I found some winners are in the same situation with me.

Please help other members stopping bidding on X5.com.au!!
I will resort to legal measures if necessary.
