On 10-Apr-2014 I sent payment of CAD$209.00 via paypal to XAOSIS PUBLICATIONS for their product "The Box of Pandora Death Edition", limited to 200 copies (http://xaosis.com/product/the-box-of-pandora-the-preyers/).

The product consists of a book and other printed material locked in a carved ebony box and was promised "to be shipped in August 2014" after seller delayed the initial release date from May 2014.

I have waited patiently for my order to be fulfilled by seller, but on 18th September 2014 I received an email stating that the seller "would like to apologize for having taken some time out. I was hospitalized due to a severe psychotic episode. I am now out of the hospital and feeling better, but I feel I am in need of a long-deserved hiatus. I will take some time for myself to recover and heal, I will return to either complete or cancel some projects, with a full reimbursement from PayPal. At this moment, I do not know the date of my return, but will keep you updated when it comes to my health and XAOSIS' activities."

I have emailed seller on the 23rd of September requesting refund after seeing similar customers' comments on the company's Facebook page saying that they received no reply to their queries (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Xaosis-Publications/200133550149629?fref=ts) about this product.

I have not received any further correspondence from seller and received no refund so I lodged complaint via the BBB (https://mwco.app.bbb.org/complaint/view/1306989/c/m7dh76). The seller never answered the BBB's correspondence.

On the Company's Facebook page dated 15 July 2014, seller states that "XAOSIS is now accepting payments by phone! Soon, we will also be accepting orders by fax and email. If you would like to purchase our products by telephone rather than online, please call our Sales Department at 1-416-519-9476 and it will be a pleasure to assist you. Our business hours are from 9AM-1PM and 3PM-5PM EDT. As well, Xaosis’ Administration Office has moved to Toronto. Here is our new Business Address: 1215 Ste. Clair Ave. West, Suite 6, Toronto, ON, M6E 1B5, Canada." However their address on their website (www.xaosis.com/contact.html) is: "XAOSIS, 2370 Mayfair Ave., Suite 417, Montreal, QC, H4B 2C8, CANADA" With phone number as: 1-438-968-3896.

Then on 25 Dec 2015 I got this email from seller stating: "Greetings, I apologize for the delay, but I was really ill for some time and was not able to get to my emails. However, I have officially returned to XAOSIS as of yesterday and I am resuming all business activities.I am aware that you have requested for a reimbursement for BOP. It is not a problem. I will issue a full reimbursement by PayPal in January 2015. Sincerely, XAOSIS"

I have not recieved any refund, further correspondence or the product which I paid for, and it's now March 19th 2015. I believe this company is not acting responsibly as a proper business and has not fulfilled their orders for product they advertised or fulfilled its promises of refund. I am very angry with this company and feel defrauded of my money, and that they are perniciously leading customers astray with false advertising.
