For the period of 4.9.2007 to 22.1.2008 Betamax drew 16x17 euros.

1) First of all the automatic replenishment was registered with us only 2x in the period
2) They gave us 10 euro credit and we payed 17 euros
3) we noticed that the credit runs out too quickly; we phone a 0,01 euro destination and and they took off e.g. 0.40 for 5 minutes phoning.
4) from the time after 21th January they took 535 euros for only 3x emptying the account
5) we are ripped = 272 + 535 euros
