Xbids.com Promises of a refund but never given. Internet

After getting a $75 charge for bids, which was never explained on the website, I cancelled my account. I emailed customer support and requested the refund. After a couple emails I got an email stating my refund would be processed. I waited but no refund. I sent another email and got another response stating the refund was being processed and should show up with a week. Still waiting weeks later, so I called my credit card company and requested a refund.
