Complaint Review: XBillCo.com

I found 2 charges on my credit card report for an www.XBillco.com I looked up the site to see what i was charged for but it said nothing but gave a number which i called but had no answer. i checked the Rip-off report for this company and found a number to call. 1-888-357-9189. i called the number and talked to customer service. he looked up my card number and it was to my name but diffrent email account.

I told him i didnt sign up for anything which i hadn't. Someone some how got ahold of my card number. He sent me my refund and i cancled the card and got another card.
