We bought an XBOX 360 for our son in April of 2006. In November of 2006, it had 3 red lights flashing and we called 1-800-myxbox to see what we needed to do. They stated it was broken, we gave them our credit card number and they charged us $140 and we needed to send it to them, which we did on 11-14-06 via the U.S.P.S. They received it on 11-17-06. This is where our troubles started.

We were told that it would take 2 days to fix and they would send it back. We started calling them on 11-21-06. Each phone call would last approximatly 1-2 hours, being put on hold, transferred and speaking to people we could not understand. First they told us they did not receive it, when we informed them that we know exactly who signed for it, they stated they did have it. Then they said that they could not contact the service dept. to see what was going on. Then they told us it would take 10-15 days to get it fixed. We have been denied talking to a supervisor and when we have spoken to supervisors, they have not helped either. These phone calls are still taking place almost every day and it is now 12-1-06, we want our X-BOX back and we beg people to not get in the same boat we are!
