You ADMITTED that the first check bounced. You admitted that the person did NOT get the product they ordered. "Libel" means "false and malicious written statements seen by more than others." Truth is a total defense against a libel suit, so you are blowing smoke. Just because something went awry in your business and your customer was not satisfied doesn't mean that you are a horrible person. Just as the dissatisfied customer is not a horrible person and being "libelous and slanderous" for telling the truth.

The consumer is correct that a product was never delivered but his assesment on why is incorrect.
The product in question was not made available at the time of release from our supplier. All customers were notified and offered either a full refund or the opportunity to wait until product became available.
The consumer who filed this complaint was given a full refund. The first check sent to him did indeed bounce but this was fault of our bank and they have taken resonsibility for this. All those who ordered and didnt receive a product were given full refunds which can be confirmed by the Suffolk County Asst. US Attorney.
The comments by this consumer are libelous and slanderous and will be dealt with in New York State litigation courts.
Not to mention this site for violation privacy laws and posting a personal address
