Complaint Review: XBP International Ltd.

XBP International, Ltd. gooushoes.com I ordered a precision watch, chronograph, from Facebook advertisement, for $44.95 and upon receipt found it to be cheaply made, not worth $44.95 and chronograph features not meant to work. London, Greater London, England London Borough of Haringey

Men's Precisionist Stainless Steel Watch w/3 year warranty was ordered from Facebook advertisement on February 26, 2021; Tracking #GCL210303M641000577, HTTPS://www.trackingdog.com.  Cost: $44.99

It arrived on March 27, 2021, with a small sheet outlining return/exchange procedures: 

1.  7 days to return item received in same condition and proof of purchase.

2. You need to contact jeremymurphy3131@gmail.com to request for returns and exchange with picture for any damaged and broken item.

3.  We will refund you after the returned item is received (within 3 working days).

Issues:

1.  Sent emails to Jeremy Murphy on March 27, March 28, with no response negating one week period to return and three days for refund.

2.  Sent email to XPB International, London, England, none@gooushoes.com, 11 AM, 3/30/2021, order N20210226085519884, advising, as with Murphy emails, the watch was poorly made, Orlando Brand, no chronograph features as shown on FB picture, not worth $44.95 cost, and demanded a refund.  Also advised Mr. Murphy had failed to contact me after several emails.

3.  Received email from Mr. Murphy, on 3/30/2021, at 2:15PM. offering apology and $6 compensation plus check with Post Office for shippiing cost.

4.  Responded with demand for a complete refund since the watch was not as advertised, poor quality, not worth $44.95 cost and rejected $6

compensation.

5.  April 7, received email from Nasia Shkloa,  coleonmombnbn@gmail.com, Customer Service, 7:02PM,  offering $8 compensation.

6. April 8, email received from Jeremy Murphy, a duplicate of Nasia Shloa's message-$8 compensation.

7.  Responded 4/8/2021, 12:05 AM,  again reminding demand for full refund of $44.99 or other actions will be taken.

No further communications received as of 4/10/2021.
