July 24, 2017, a door to door salesman named Mike Taylor who gave me his cell phone as 801-822-1876, represented himself as being an employee of xcite which he described as the new company name for AT&T merged with direcTV. His offer was $87 a month for internet, phone, and direcTV, which was about $4 more per month than I was paying Google for internet and phone only. So he pressed the point that it would be as if the satelite TV would be costing me only $4 a month more than I was paying.

A tech from direcTV came and installed the satelite and DVR that same day, or the next.

He made several claims that turned out to be false or misleading, including details about the services he was selling, the costs, and the contract involved.  He also failed to mention that my credit card would be billed directly by xcite marketing for about $8 a month for ???  I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

He also claimed that my contract with Google Fiber could be cancelled for a $20 fee.  Which is laughable.

He entered my email into their system incorrectly, so I was not contacted to set up instalation of the ATT internet and phone service,  the instalation which I called to cancel when I got the notice of contract in the mail.

ATT started billing me for $50 per month for direcTV, and the internet and phone were never installed.  I am a disabled senior with sole income from Social Security.  I can NOT afford $50 a month for TV.  Now, ATT wants almost $500 for early termination of the direcTV.

I am in poor health and suffer from anxiety attacks and depression.  This whole thing is driving me insane.
