Complaint Review: Xclusiv entertainment & Groov N 4 life

I was super excited to perform my first comedy show on the road. I flew out of Los angeles to Phoenix Arizona!  Keith Wilson of Xclusive entertainment LLC invited me to Phoenix Arizona on November 28th, 2015 to perform stand up comedy at one of his shows that he produces & promotes for. I spoke with both Keith Wilson and Rai Roger of Groov n 4 life entertainment 2 weeks prior as well as days leading up to the event about accommodations with hotel, transportation and pay! I was promised a deposit from Keith for the show, but I NEVER RECIEVED A DEPOSIT! But I was assured that I would get paid once I arrived to Arizona! I was promised $300 for performing and food or reimbursement of my money for food that I purchased with MY own cash. I flew myself to Arizona, early morning on November 28th. I had to wait for an hour to be picked up from the airport! I had to wait for 4 hrs before I could get into my hotel. I was completely exhausted, but I know I had to perform that same night. I spent $10 of my own money to feed myself, which was never reimbursed!

The show started 2 hrs late! After I performed, I continuously asked Keith and rai Rogers for my payment! KEITH IGNORED ME FOR SEVERAL HOURS, he was extremely rude, AND HE DIDNT PAY ME ANYTHING! Rai Rogers, his business partner treated me better than Keith and he assured me that Keith was going to pay me. That never happened. Instead Keith lied talked to me angry and said he would go to the ATM to get my cash! HE NEVER RETURNED. Completely left me hanging in Arizona with no money. Upon my arrival back to the hotel, Keith called and said he would bring my money. I replied "okay" . i waited for Keith till 2:30 am, he never showed up with the money and he never again answered his phone. Rai rogers, I assume did all he could do, but I WAS NEVER PAID FOR MY SERVICES. I had an early morning 8am flight to catch on Sunday morning and RAI ROGERS promised that he would be my transportation to the airport!!! We confirmed the time of my pick up for the airport (and no I was not paid). 

i called rai Rogers of Groov N 4 life the morning of my flight at 6:15 as I told him I would, he answered the phone, but I could tell he was sleeping. I asked him several times "what time will u be here!?" I told him my flight leaves at 8:04 am I need to be at the airport by 7am he said okay! I asked again "are u SURE u are coming?!" He replied "YES". So I waited, and I called him several times, he eventually turned off his phone, and I was stranded! I had to call a car service which cost me $20, and I held up the plane to catch my flight!

so in closing I was promised a deposit that I never RECIEVED, but I was assured by Keith that I would be paid $300 to pereform at a event presented by Keith Wilson  of Xclusiv entertainment who was assisted by RAI ROGERS of Groov N 4 life In Phoenix Arizona! I was NEVER paid, NEVER reimbursed, and I was NEVER picked up and transported to the airport by either party! keith showed no remore for his actions, he completely left me stranded. Rai Rogers asked his business partner about my pay, he talked to me about how wrong Keith Wilson was for not paying me! But nothing more happenEd and rai Rogers left me stranded at the hotel and I almost missed my flight! I was very disrespected, insulted, and treated unfairly buy Keith Wilson at Xclusiv entertainment!

i know the amount owed to me may seem small to most but as an upcoming struggling artist it means a lot To me. I was committed, I made people laugh most importantly I did my job. I was hired to make people laugh, why did I have to leave crying with empty pockets!
