Received defective parts and entered a warranty claim online, as this is an online only retailer. The warranty submittal process states that your claim will receive a response within one business day.
My claim remains in a "pending approval" status beyond their stated response time without any update notices. I attempted several times to contact them during their stated office hours on their toll free number but always remained on hold and would eventually be disconnected. There has been no response to my email request for a claim status update.
XenonHIDs.com will not provide any support after their sale.
