XenonHIDs.com Wrong part, incomplete or wrong instructions, unreachable via phone or email. No response, terrible customer service. ROBBED Internet

ROBBED.  They sent me the wrong part with instructions that don't match either my car or the part they sent.  I have tried reaching them several times via phone.  Both sales and technical support go into eternal hold.  They have a live chat which only refers you back to the email and will tell you that their phone system is down.
