I searched the internet for HID headlight kits.  being a good electronics installer i figured it would be a cheaper alternative than purchasing an entire headlight assembly for HID lighting.  I chose Xenonhids.com as it was higher in the list and was easy to choose my vehicle type. 

I ordered 2 sets.  one for my truck and another for my wife's for xmas.  I was only shipped one of these kits.  then after lots of time trying to contact them i finally just canceled payment on my credit card and was seeking on how to return the first set as i didn't want to keep something i had not payed for. It took another day or two to finally get someone from the site on live chat, ( mind you I had called their toll free number 1-866-927-9129 )  they said they would fix the order and even send out the relay pack that i didn't order to make things work correctly when they were installed free. 

At this point I was still wery but decieded to call my credit card and reverse these charges seemed they were helping out so it may be ok afterall. I ordered BI-Xenon bulbs as they handle both low and high beam by means of a little motor inside the light that pushes or pulles the light for lighting quality change.  they don't change from low to high... or high to low... they seem to only work as single beam.  ok, so minor mistake... I really dont use my high beam much... so i'll take that one just because i dont feel like taking a week to get into contact with someone again.

So here it is 3 weeks after Xmas and lights are installed.  one of the lamps is out and i was told that they should easily last 2 years.  attempted to contact xenonhids.com again by phone. left a message at 7pm est their hours are 9am-9pm EST.  no one called me that evening or the next day or the next. I go onto the site and get into the live chat, finally they redirect me to send a email using the contact us button on their site.  nothing seems to ever be handled by talking to any represenative.  I am still waiting on the "guide" to troubleshoot what i have already determined is a failed light just so they can do a warranty exchange for me. 

Seems this company is all about selling cheap, very low quality product with no end user support.  I will never buy from them again and have already taken these kits off and purchased much nicer cleaner and easier to install ones from another website.

to anyone looking for HID headlights or kits. steer clear of this one, you'd be better off setting fire to your wallet and watching it burn away.
