Received LED light conversion kit on my 2007 Tacoma in 2016 with a lifetime warranty. Last year I contacted XenonHIDs.com for a warranty replacement on a bulb purchased through their website for the kit. Got through on phone line easily and spoke with support. They sent a replacement right away. Last year I would have rated them 5 stars. However a few months later I had the LED bulb burn out on the other headlight and tried to contact them via phone for customer support no less than probably 20 times. Impossible to get through to a person. Their voice recording said to contact them through their website as they were too busy to answer the phones. So I proceeded to do as instructed. The voice mail and website promise that your request will be responded to within 24 hours or less. It is a joke getting anything done through communication with them of any kind. I have been trying to get a blown bulb warrantied for over 2 weeks now. Still no resolution. I don't know what happened to this company. It has gone from 5 star to 1 star in a matter of months. I have contacted them through their phone number, left message for return call, tried communicating through their Website contact page, and through chat. Very poor follow through on their part. What good is a lifetime warranty if you cannot get the company that offers it to take care of their customers? Very disappointing. I even offered to purchase the bulbs at my expense just to get a replacement. They refuse to sell a replacement bulb for the LED kits they sell. Still a no go. I recommend you look elsewhere for automotive lighting. I know I will.
