I ordered replacement headlights on 11/28/2019 along with Warning Cancellers / Capacitors. The Warning Cancellers / Capacitors cost $10.00 extra. To this date, 3/26/2020, I have not received the Warning Cancellers / Capacitors nor a refund that I requested. I have since emailed them 5 or 6 times regarding this matter but have not received a definitive response.

On 12/12/19 I got this response, "The warning cancellers are currently on back-order. Would you like for us to send them to you when they come back in stock? This may take a couple of weeks."  On 1/28/20, I received a canned response similar to a previous complainant saying "We regret to inform you that we are experiencing quality controls issues with our products at this time.

Some of our stock did not meet our Quality Control requirements and therefore cannot be shipped to our customers." I haven't heard from them since and I contacted them several times by email and I've tried to call several times only to get the following message,  "Our phone lines are currently closed." and it states their business hours. There customer service is a joke.
