Complaint Review: xenonpro

xenonpro has no support and their products suck! Lasts 2 months headlights failed. emailed support 4 times. contacted chat numorous times. only way to contact them is email.  Internet

Headlights failed so I emailed support per instructions online.  No response.  Emailed again.  NO response.  Chatted and was told the email is down, but chat could not provide support.   Told to email again.  EMAILED AGAIN.  NO response.  Found online form.  Filled out form and NO RESPONSE!!.  Now, chat does not work.

 

They baited me in with their crappy product and took down all support options.  Wow, what a great way to run a business.
