I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and ordered LED lights from Xeonpro. I entered the vehicle fitment information and placed order. The site specified to also purchase anti-flicker harness, my vehicle was listed as a possibility of needing harness. Once i received the lights they would not plug and play as the site said they would.

I called only to be told i had to chat with rep, he asked for pictures that I sent. The rep told me I had HID factory lights and the LED 's wouldnt work. I told the rep that the vehicle fitment didn't specify that HID lights couldn't be replaced, only halogen lights can. I told him that if I knew that I would not of bought them.

He blamed me for the process and even went as far as telling me that I wasn't owning up to my mistake and that's why I was going to be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%. The lights were 123.00, plus Fedex charges are 90.00 to return their mistake along with the re-stocking fee. Are you kidding me.
