I purchased a complete set of LED 45 watt headlights and fog lights for my 2013 GMC HD2500. Had reservations because of others having trouble with warranties. I had an H11 low beam light blow and contacted support and spoke with Lewis. First off he tried to tell me there was no record of me purchasing from them and unless I could provide the e-mail I was sent with the order code they would do nothing. Took me a day and I found the e-mail. I told him that two banks of LED's wouldn't work and that the black/red wires were burnt. He asked if I swapped the bulb with my other low beam light which I hadn't. I had to do that which is a total headache but as expected it still didnt work. He told me that the truck wiring could also be the problem even after I put the other LED bulb in the socket and it worked fine.

I offered to send the light back to him so they could see for themselves. He then said that that wouldn't prove it was the LED that I purchased and I could just be supplying my friends with free lights. That ended the conversation. I bought a pair of LED H11 bulbs from "The Headlight Experts" which work fine. I would never recommend XenonPro to anyone.
