I worked for xentel for 2 days and much to my suprise was told I wasn't doing enough phone soliciting to appease them.I thought I was doing work for a charitable organization, but I realized I was working hard to get xentel more money. They had different rebuttles for different social targets. People that say no, or are old and on a pension, are told numerous times to donate , starting ata whoppig 150 dollars and working down to 20 dollars. The training was to be for five days.

Being a personality they liked I had no trouble talking to customers and fitting in. A young felow on his second day of training was threatened with disiplinary action for not getting sales immediately, and this kid got scared. We were not allowed for a break in the 4 hours straight taking 50 plus calls an hour. Smoking by underage kids was allowed in the LUNCH room!

A lot of customers were actually told that the mone was going to stay right in their area, and Xentel cannot gurantee that. They misled the public into thinking that all the money went to the organization they were giving to.Somthing should be done so that ligitimate organizatons don't get bad reputations on the behalf of greedy people like xenel.
