one year guarantee on a new Tektronix wax printer from Tektronics 2 years ago cost me dearly.
After one year and 3 months and only 39000 copies the heater melted down. Now they want half the purchase price to fix it because it is a sealed unit.
$1382.00 to fix a machine that melted itself down 3 months out of guarantee.
They are Rip off artists watch out!
